PCOD doesn't affect a woman’s fertility. In this condition, a woman can still ovulate and become pregnant with a little help. With some medication, she can complete her pregnancy.

PCOS seriously affects a woman’s fertility. Due to PCOS, a woman cannot ovulate regularly, making it hard for her to get pregnant. If she does become pregnant, there is a risk of a miscarriage, a premature birth or Complications in her pregnancy.
