Additionally, it exfoliates the skin by shedding older, dull cells of the skin and speeds up the cell turnover rate so that dead cells are replaced by healthy cells. Urea is naturally present in healthy skin. It locks the moisture in the skin and softens the surface of the skin so that dead cells will easily shed. All medicines in combination help to reduce itchy, scaly skin due to eczema and psoriasis. When you apply Abronate-NF Ointment, it works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) responsible for making the skin red, swollen, and itchy.
