Flumet Soap is usually prescribed for a short time. However, your doctor may prescribe it for a longer time depending on the type and severity of your infection. Use Flumet Soap only for as long as your doctor has prescribed it.

Flumet Soap is for topical (for skin) use only. Do not put a bandage or dressing on the affected area while treating with Flumet Soap unless the doctor advised. Avoid contact with the nose, mouth or eyes. In case of accidental contact with these areas, rinse with water thoroughly. Do not apply Flumet Soap on open wounds, lesions and blisters.

Flumet Soap should be used with other topical medicine only if advised by the doctor. If prescribed, you are required to maintain at least a three-hour gap between Flumet Soap and other topical medicine.
