It is used to treat fungal skin infections, such as athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm infections. It is also useful in treating vaginal yeast infections.

Do not stop using Icon Medicated Soap even if you feel better until the course advised by your doctor is finished. Your symptoms may improve before the infection is completely cured.
Icon Medicated Soap is usually prescribed for a short time. However, your doctor may prescribe it for a longer time depending on the type and severity of your infection. Use Icon Medicated Soap only for as long as your doctor has prescribed it.
Icon Medicated Soap is for topical (for skin) use only. Do not put a bandage or dressing on the affected area while treating with Icon Medicated Soap unless the doctor advised. Avoid contact with the nose, mouth or eyes. In case of accidental contact with these areas, rinse with water thoroughly. Do not apply Icon Medicated Soap on open wounds, lesions and blisters.
Icon Medicated Soap should be used with other topical medicine only if advised by the doctor. If prescribed, you are required to maintain at least a three-hour gap between Icon Medicated Soap and other topical medicine.
