Nepakon Eye Drops 5 ml block the action of prostaglandin H synthase (cyclooxygenase), which is an enzyme required for prostaglandin. These prostaglandins are responsible for causing pain, redness, inflammation in the eyes, so blocking prostaglandins provides relief in these conditions.
