Renalex Sugar Free Oral Solution 200 ml is a combination of two medicines: Citric acid and Potassium citrate, primarily used to prevent gout and kidney stones and treat metabolic acidosis in patients with kidney diseases. Potassium citrate is alkaline in nature and works by neutralizing the acids in the blood and urine.
