Azithromycin prevents the synthesis of essential proteins which are required for the survival of the bacteria. Cefixime works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell covering, which is necessary for the survival of the bacteria. Thereby, kills the bacteria. Lactobacillus is a probiotic that helps restore the balance of good bacteria in the gut, which may have gotten upset due to the infection. Together, SpnÃâ€Ã‚¨Ã…x-AZ Tablet helps in treating bacterial infections. SpnÃâ€Ã‚¨Ã…x-AZ Tablet is a broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

SpnÃâ€Ã‚¨Ã…x-AZ Tablet is less likely to cause diarrhoea as it contains lactobacillus, a probiotic which helps in restoring the balance of good bacteria in the gut, which may have gotten upset due to infection. However, if you experience diarrhoea, consult your doctor.
Do not take SpnÃâ€Ã‚¨Ã…x-AZ Tablet on your own, as self-medication may lead to antibiotic resistance in which antibiotics fail to act against specific bacterial infections.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for the scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and take the scheduled dose instead. Avoid taking a double dose.
