Staflocrit 1 gm Injection 1's contains 'Flucloxacillin Sodium,' an antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections, including bone infections (osteomyelitis) and infections of the heart lining (endocarditis). It is also used to prevent infections that can occur during major surgical procedures such as heart and lung operations (cardiothoracic surgery) and bone, joint, and muscle operations (orthopaedic surgery). Staflocrit 1 gm Injection 1's acts by stopping bacteria from forming cell walls, which are required for survival. As a result, Staflocrit 1 gm Injection 1's destroys the germs and successfully treats various bacterial infections.
Staflocrit 1 gm Injection 1's works by preventing the bacteria's cell wall formation, which is necessary for their survival. Thereby, Staflocrit 1 gm Injection 1's kills the bacteria and effectively treats various bacterial infections.
Continue taking Staflocrit 1 gm Injection 1's until you've finished the course advised by the doctor. Do this even if you feel better. It'll help stop the infection from coming back.
There is no firm evidence to suggest that taking Staflocrit 1 gm Injection 1's will reduce fertility in either men or women. Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns regarding this.
If you feel sick (nausea), stick to simple meals and try not to eat spicy food. If you experience vomiting and diarrhoea, drink a lot of fluids such as water or squash, and take small, frequent sips to avoid dehydration. Do not take any other medicines without speaking to a pharmacist or doctor.
To avoid drug interactions, it is recommended that you inform the doctor before taking Staflocrit 1 gm Injection 1's with other medications.
After taking antibiotics like Staflocrit 1 gm Injection 1's, some patients get thrush in the mouth. Seek medical advice from your doctor if you suspect you have thrush.
If you do not feel better after three days of using Staflocrit 1 gm Injection 1's, contact your doctor. And also, inform them if you begin to feel worse at any point.
Flucloxacillin Sodium, especially in large doses, may lower potassium levels in the blood (hypokalaemia). During flucloxacillin Sodium therapy with greater doses, your doctor may monitor your potassium levels on a frequent basis.
