• Regularly drink fluids to prevent dehydration.
• If you are unable to drink large volumes of fluids, try drinking small sips frequently.

It is not recommended to administer 5D Dextrose 5% Injection simultaneously with blood products as it might cause hemolysis (rupture of red blood cells) or pseudo agglutination (misleading appearance of clumping of red blood cells).
