About Acetik-HC Ear Drops 10 ml

Acetik-HC Ear Drops 10 ml is indicated in the treatment of superficial infections of the external auditory canal caused by bacteria or fungus. It is used to treat outer ear infections such as swimmer’s ear. An ear infection occurs when fungi or bacteria affect the ear, leading to pain and inflammation.
 
Acetik-HC Ear Drops 10 ml contains acetic acid and hydrocortisone. Acetic acid works by stopping the growth of fungi and bacteria. Hydrocortisone decreases swelling, itching, and redness occurring due to infection. Together, Acetik-HC Ear Drops 10 ml helps treat ear infections.
 
In some cases, Acetik-HC Ear Drops 10 ml may cause side effects such as temporary stinging or burning sensation. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Acetik-HC Ear Drops 10 ml is not recommended for children below 3 years as efficacy and safety have not been established. To prevent contamination, avoid touching the nozzle tip to any surface during or after use. Do not use other ear medications unless advised by the doctor.
