Do not take Amitryn 75 mg Tablet if you are allergic to any of its contents if you recently had a heart attack, or heart problems, are taking other antidepressants like isocarboxazid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine or have taken them in the last 14 days, have severe liver disease or if you have taken moclobemide (used to treat depression and social anxiety). Inform your doctor before taking Amitryn 75 mg Tablet if you have heart rhythm problems or hypotension. Rise slowly from sitting or lying position as Amitryn 75 mg Tablet causes orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering in blood pressure leading to dizziness on standing).
