Arkamin H Tablet 10's contains Clonidine and Hydrochlorothiazide. Clonidine is a vasodilator medicine that works by stimulating alpha receptors in the brain. This sends signals that help to relax blood vessels in the heart, which reduces your blood pressure and heart rate. Hydrochlorothiazide lowers blood pressure by removing extra water/fluid and certain electrolyte overload from the body.
Take Arkamin H Tablet 10's as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Arkamin H Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor prescribes it. In some cases, Arkamin H Tablet 10's may cause side effects such as feeling sleepy, tired and weak, dizzy, dry mouth, constipation, bloating, erection problems, headaches, depression and difficulty sleeping. Drug-Food Interactions: You are recommended not to consume alcohol along with Arkamin H Tablet 10's to avoid unpleasant side effects.
Drug-Disease Interactions: Arkamin H Tablet 10's may interact with disease conditions, including renal/liver disease, electrolyte losses, lupus erythematosus (scaly red patches on the skin), bradyarrhythmia (slow heart rate), diabetics, hyperlipidemia (high levels of fat), asthma, depression and hyperparathyroidism (parathyroid glands are releasing too much hormone).
