Avanext 100 Tablet 4's belongs to the group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in adult men. However, Avanext 100 Tablet 4's works only if he is sexually stimulated. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to keep an erection firm enough suitable for sexual activity. 

Avanext 100 Tablet 4's contains Avanafil which relaxes the blood vessels in the penis and increases the blood flow into the penis. This helps it stay hard and erect when the person is sexually excited. 

Take Avanext 100 Tablet 4's as prescribed. You are advised to take Avanext 100 Tablet 4's for as long as your doctor has advised it for you, depending on your medical condition. Avanext 100 Tablet 4's may cause certain common side effects such as headache, stuffy or runny nose, flushing (sudden reddening of the skin), back pain, or sore throat. Most of these side effects will resolve gradually over time and do not require medical attention. However, if these side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If you are allergic to Avanafil, tell your doctor before taking Avanext 100 Tablet 4's. If you feel dizzy or have changes in vision, avoid driving or operating heavy machines after taking Avanext 100 Tablet 4's. If you notice a sudden decrease or loss of hearing (sometimes dizziness or ringing in your ears), stop taking Avanext 100 Tablet 4's and contact your doctor immediately. Avoid the consumption of alcohol, as it may impair your ability to get an erection or increase your heart rate and lower your blood pressure. Avanext 100 Tablet 4's does not cure erectile dysfunction in males but treats erectile dysfunction.

Consult your doctor before taking Avanext 100 Tablet 4's if you have Peyronie’s disease (a deformed penis), or ever had an erection that lasted more than 4 hours or if you have multiple myeloma (cancer of bone marrow), sickle cell anaemia (an abnormality of red blood cells), or leukaemia (cancer of blood cells). If you notice a sudden decrease or loss of hearing (sometimes dizziness or ringing in the ears), stop taking Avanext 100 Tablet 4's and contact your doctor immediately. Do not take Avanext 100 Tablet 4's more than once in a day. 

• Maintain a healthy weight, eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly, as it helps you manage erectile dysfunction.
• To treat your condition effectively, avoid alcohol consumption, as an excessive amount of alcohol may temporarily impair your ability to get an erection.
• Avoid the usage of tobacco.
• Share intimate time with your partner.
