About Cefakind-CV 500 Tablet 10's

Cefakind-CV 500 Tablet 10's belongs to the group of medicines called antibiotics used to treat various bacterial infections such as pharyngitis/tonsillitis (throat infections), otitis media (ear infections), sinusitis (infection of the sinuses), gonorrhoea (sexually transmitted disease), Lyme disease, septicaemia (bloodstream infection), meningitis (inflammation of the brain and spinal cord), lower respiratory tract, skin, urinary tract, bone, and joint infections.

Cefakind-CV 500 Tablet 10's is a combination of two antibiotics, namely: Cefuroxime (cephalosporin antibiotic) and Clavulanic acid (beta-lactamase inhibitor). Take Cefakind-CV 500 Tablet 10's with or without food. The dose and duration of Cefakind-CV 500 Tablet 10's can vary depending upon your condition and severity of the infection. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as diarrhoea, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side-effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side-effects persistently.
