Chromotop 2mg Inhaler contains Sodium cromoglycate that works by stabilising mast cells (immune cells) and prevents the release of histamine, a substance responsible for causing inflammation. Thus, it reduces inflammation in the lungs and makes it easier to breathe and helps to prevent asthma attacks.

Use Chromotop 2mg Inhaler as prescribed. You are advised to use Chromotop 2mg Inhaler for as long as your doctor has prescribed it based on your medical condition. Sometimes, it may cause a cough, sore throat, or difficulty breathing. These side effects of Chromotop 2mg Inhaler do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. • Eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly to strengthen your breathing muscles and boost your immune system.
• Avoid foods such as cabbage, beans, garlic, onions, shrimp, pickled food, dried fruits, fried foods, carbonated drinks, wine, and bottled lemon and lime juice, as it may worsen asthma symptoms.
• Quit smoking as it may reduce the effectiveness of the Chromotop 2mg Inhaler and irritate the lungs worsening breathing problems.
• Learning breathing exercises will help you move more air in and out of your lungs.
