Diarrhoea could be a side effect of Citimac M Tablet . Drink plenty of water and eat high-fibre meals if you have diarrhoea. If you notice any blood in your faeces (stools) or have severe diarrhoea with stomach pain, stop taking Citimac M Tablet and see your doctor. You should not take anti-diarrheal medication on your own.
