Clofin 50/50mg Tablet is an ovulation stimulant medication used to treat infertility in women who are not ovulating (producing an egg) properly or have an irregular or no menstrual cycle. Ovulation issues are a common cause of female infertility.

Clofin 50/50mg Tablet is a combination of Clomifene Citrate (oestrogen agonist) and Ubidecarenone (nutritional supplements). Clomifene Citrate boosts the production of hormones involved in the ovulation process. Ubidecarenone is an antioxidant that protects the body from harm caused by chemicals (free radicals) that cause infertility. As a result, Clofin 50/50mg Tablet effectively addresses female infertility.

You should take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. The common side-effects of Clofin 50/50mg Tablet are flushing (reddening of the skin, especially the face), headache, Insomnia, tiredness, dizziness, breast pain or tenderness, heavy periods, or bleeding between periods. Inform your doctor if you are experiencing early menopause, have been diagnosed as infertile, have stopped menstruating due to being underweight, have previously been diagnosed with fits or seizures (fits), uterine fibroids (non-cancerous tumours in the womb), polycystic ovaries (presence of small cysts on the enlarged ovaries), swollen ovaries, or hypertriglyceridemia (increased fat levels in the body), Before prescribing this medication, your doctor may perform additional tests to rule out other causes of infertility. Because Clofin 50/50mg Tablet contains lactose and sucrose, consult your doctor if you are sensitive to sugar. Do not begin taking a new medication without first consulting your doctor. To avoid potential interactions, inform your doctor about any prescription and non-prescription medications you are taking, including other vitamins, before beginning Clofin 50/50mg Tablet.

• Consume a healthy diet rich in fibre and proteins and low in carbohydrates and fats. 
• Avoid processed or high-sugar foods. 
• Stay active and shed excess weight if you are overweight or obese. Do not perform intense exercises as they may negatively impact your reproductive health. Increase the intensity of exercise gradually.
• Being underweight may also reduce your chances of getting pregnant. So, prepare a diet chart that can help you gain weight healthily. 
• Avoid stress, as it may decrease your chances of getting pregnant. Try relaxation techniques and receive support and counselling if necessary. 
• Limit alcohol and caffeine intake.
• Quit smoking.

Clofin 50/50mg Tablet may cause multiple pregnancies (pregnant with more than one child at the same time) or ectopic pregnancy (growing foetus outside the womb). These conditions may also occur if you are not taking this medicine. However, discuss with your doctor the possible risks before taking Clofin 50/50mg Tablet.
