About Collagep Sachet

Collagep Sachet is a nutritional supplement used to strengthen bones, promote bone growth, enhance wound repair and healing and provide lubrication to the joints. Collagep Sachet is also used to treat various bone disorders such as osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is a condition in which the joints are affected as a result of the disintegration and breakdown of the cushioning tissue surrounding the joints.

Collagep Sachet contains Collagen. Collagen is a natural component of skin and bone cartilage. Collagep Sachet strengthens bones, muscles and joints by helping produce bone cartilage and providing lubrication to joints and bones. It also helps enhance the production of bone and muscle cells and aids in strengthening the natural musculoskeletal system of the body. 

Take Collagep Sachet as suggested. Collagep Sachet does not generally cause any side effects. In very rare cases, Collagep Sachet may cause side effects such as stomach ache, nausea, diarrhoea, and constipation. Diet & Lifestyle Advise

  • Load up on oily fish, egg yolks, spinach, broccoli, salmon and orange juice for enhancing bone strength.
  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
  • Doing weight-bearing exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, tennis, or even dance can promote overall bone health. However, do not over-exert yourself if you feel too tired or suffer from severely brittle bones. 
  • Muscle training activities such as yoga and Pilates can also be very helpful.
  • Spend time under the sun (however, with proper sunscreen) for quality intake of Vitamin D.
  • Limit alcohol and caffeine consumption and stop smoking, as these may have a negative effect on bone health. Smokers tend o have lower bone density than non-smokers.

Please see an orthopaedic doctor if you have had a fracture. Collagep Sachet is used in the case of arthritis and has limited use in treating fractures as a fracture is more of a surgical concern.
