Dexorange Paediatric Orange Flavour Syrup is a hematinic syrup that helps treat iron and nutritional deficiency anaemias. It contains Ferric ammonium citrate/Iron, Folic acid, Protein, and Cyanocobalamin. It treats iron deficiency anaemia caused due to blood loss and inadequate iron intake. It is also useful in dimorphic anaemia caused due to deficiency of iron, folic acid, and vitamin B12. It is further beneficial for anaemias associated with hook-worm infestations and post-surgery.
