Droxyl Clav 500 Tablet 10's is a combination of two antibiotics, namely: Cefadroxil (cephalosporin antibiotic) and Clavulanic acid (beta-lactamase inhibitor). Cefadroxil works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell covering, which is necessary for their survival. Thereby, kills the bacteria. Clavulanic acid works by decreasing bacterial resistance and enhancing the activity of Cefadroxil against the bacteria. Together, Droxyl Clav 500 Tablet 10's helps to treat bacterial infections.
