Drug-Drug Interactions: E Cart Tablet 10's may interact with blood-thinners (warfarin), anti-obesity drugs (orlistat), bile-acid binders (cholestyramine, colestipol), insulin, cholesterol-reducing statins, immunosuppressant (cyclosporine), vitamin B3 (niacin), and iron.

Drug-Food Interactions: E Cart Tablet 10's should be used with caution in case of intolerance to certain sugars. 

Drug-Disease Interactions: E Cart Tablet 10's should be used with caution in patients with a known hypersensitivity disorder, chronic diarrhoea, thromboembolic disorder, cardiovascular disorder, bleeding or clotting disorder, epilepsy, diabetes, hypothyroidism, peripheral neuropathy and end-stage renal disease.
