• Eat a healthy diet containing probiotics and low-sugar content. 
• Regularly change your socks and wash your feet. Avoid shoes that make your feet sweaty and hot.
• Keep your feet clean and dry, particularly between the toes. Cut your nails short and prefer open-toe shoes for everyday use.
• Use a separate clean towel for the feet and wear clean cotton socks. 
• Never share your socks, shoes, and towel with others. Maintain personal hygiene.
• Do not share your personal belongings, such as clothes, towels, or razors, with others.
• Do not scratch the affected skin, as it can spread the infection to other body parts.
• In wet places such as changing rooms and gym showers, don’t walk barefoot to prevent fungal infections.

• Before applying Ebezo Cream 10 gm, clean and dry the affected area.
• Do not wash the treated areas for a minimum of 3 hours after you apply Ebezo Cream 10 gm.
• Avoid contact of Ebezo Cream 10 gm with nose, mouth or eyes. If Ebezo Cream 10 gm comes in contact with these areas accidentally, rinse with water thoroughly.
• Please consult a dermatologist if your skin infection persists for more than 1 month.
