Drug-Drug Interactions: If you are taking adrenal corticosteroid inhibitor (aminoglutethimide), antifungals (amphotericin B, ketoconazole), macrolide antibiotics, blood thinner (warfarin), anticholinesterases, antidiabetic agents, antituberculosis drug (isoniazid, rifampin), a medicine used to lower high blood cholesterol levels (cholestyramine), immunosuppressant (cyclosporine), digitalis glycosides, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (aspirin), estrogens including oral contraceptives, barbiturates, or anticonvulsants (phenytoin, carbamazepine), inform your doctor before using Entofoam 10% Foam 20.8 gm.

It can be uncomfortable and painful, making you feel a constant urge to defecate. The symptoms include tenesmus (frequent urge to poop), very loose stools, bleeding from your rectum, watery diarrhoea, pain in the rectum, anus or abdominal region and passing of discharge or mucus from the rectum. The factors involved in causing ulcerative proctitis include sexually transmitted infections, anal trauma (such as from vigorous anal sex), inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease, rectal infections after antibiotic use, infections that aren’t transmitted sexually (such as infections from bacteria like shigella and salmonella) and radiation treatments for anal, ovarian, rectal or prostate cancer.
