About EPISERT CREA

EPISERT CREA belongs to the group of topical antifungal medications used to treat interdigital tinea pedis. Tinea pedis, also known as Athlete’s foot is a fungal infestation that begins as itching, redness and burning sensation between the toes. The athlete’s foot is called the interdigital tinea pedis as it starts between the digits.

EPISERT CREA is composed of Sertaconazole nitrate that prevents the formation and proliferation of fungal cells by damaging the fungal cell membrane. Thereby, EPISERT CREA treats fungal infections.

EPISERT CREA is meant for topical use only. In some cases, EPISERT CREA may cause certain side effects such as burning sensation, itching, redness and dry skin. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects consistently.
