EVERMIN TABLET is a combination of two drugs: alpha-lipoic acid and methylcobalamin.EVERMIN TABLET, which replenish the body's stores of important nutrients.

Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid using EVERMIN TABLET with other herbal/health supplements that can also lower your blood sugar. This includes devil's claw, fenugreek, garlic, guar gum, horse chestnut, Panax ginseng, psyllium, and Siberian ginseng. 

Drug-Disease Interaction: EVERMIN TABLET may have interactions with disease conditions such as liver diseases and thyroid disorders.

• Take fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet.
• Eat fortified cereals in your diet
• Drink Milk and take cheese, yoghurt in your diet

• Avoid tea and coffee.
• Quit smoking and avoid drinking alcohol.
