Fembryo Granules 7 gm is a combination of two amino acids, namely: L Arginine and Leucine. Drug-Drug Interaction: Fembryo Granules 7 gm may interact with medicines used to treat high blood pressure, medicines used to treat erectile dysfunction (sildenafil), blood thinners, antidiabetic drugs, water pills (spironolactone), drugs used to treat slow heart rate (isoproterenol) and sex hormone (testosterone).

• Minimize eating processed foods as they contain more sodium. Try to replace salt with spices or herbs to add flavour to the food.
• Chronic stress may also cause high blood pressure. Therefore, avoid stress and try doing activities that you enjoy by making time for yourself.
• Maintain a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products.
• Try to include heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acid-containing foods in your daily diet. You can also use low-fat cooking oil like olive oil, soybean oil, canola oil, and coconut oil which may help in lowering high blood pressure.
• Quit smoking and avoid the consumption of alcohol.
