• To stay hydrated, drink plenty of fluids. Fluids are required to keep your blood flowing throughout your body.

• Choose monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats over saturated and trans fats (fish, nuts, and vegetable oils).

• Be mindful of salt intake.
