Take Flumate-Plus Tablet 10's as prescribed. Your doctor will decide the dose and duration based on your medical condition. Common side effects of Flumate-Plus Tablet 10's include insomnia, restlessness, agitation, dizziness, tremor, dry mouth, constipation, accommodation disorder and fatigue. If any of these side effects persist or worsen, contact your doctor immediately.

Let your doctor know if you have circulatory collapse (specific failure of the blood circulation), depressed level of consciousness due to any cause (e.g. intoxication with alcohol, opiates or barbiturates), untreated narrow-angle glaucoma, coma, blood disorders, phaeochromocytoma (a small vascular tumour), recent myocardial infarction, any degree of atrioventricular block or disorders of cardiac rhythm and coronary artery insufficiency. Concomitant treatment of Flumate-Plus Tablet 10's with MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) is contraindicated as it may cause serotonin syndrome (a combination of symptoms, possibly including confusion, agitation, tremor, hyperthermia and myoclonus). Therefore, do not take Flumate-Plus Tablet 10's if you are taking MAOIs or have taken them in the past 14 days.
Drug-Drug Interactions: Flumate-Plus Tablet 10's may interact with MAO inhibitors (isocarboxazid, phenelzine), barbiturates (pentobarbital, phenobarbital), CNS depressants (diazepam, clonazepam, alprazolam), and neuroleptics (thioridazine, chlorpromazine).
Drug-Food Interactions: Limit or avoid the consumption of alcohol.
Drug-Disease Interactions: Flumate-Plus Tablet 10's should not be used in patients with circulatory collapse (specific failure of the blood circulation), depressed level of consciousness, untreated narrow-angle glaucoma, coma, blood disorders, phaeochromocytoma (a small vascular tumour), recent myocardial infarction, any degree of atrioventricular block or disorders of cardiac rhythm and coronary artery insufficiency.
