Folim-Plus Softgel Capsule 10's belongs to the class of 'multivitamins', primarily used to treat nutritional deficiencies. Folim-Plus Softgel Capsule 10's is a combination of L Methylfolate Calcium, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (Vitamin B6/Pyridoxine), Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), and DHA/Docosahexaenoic acid. L Methylfolate calcium helps produce new blood cells and prevent low folate levels. Your doctor will decide the dosage based on your medical condition. Sometimes, Folim-Plus Softgel Capsule 10's may have common side effects like upset stomach, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time.

This supplement should be used during pregnancy only when advised by your doctor. Pyridoxine is excreted into breast milk. Hence, breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking Folim-Plus Softgel Capsule 10's. Drinking alcohol may hinder nutrient absorption; therefore, it is advised to limit the alcohol intake while using Folim-Plus Softgel Capsule 10's. Keep Folim-Plus Softgel Capsule 10's away from direct sunlight. Do not store Folim-Plus Softgel Capsule 10's above 25ºC.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Folim-Plus Softgel Capsule 10's may interact with anti-cancer drugs (altretamine), fits medicines (phenytoin), and antacids.

Drug-Food Interaction: Please avoid alcohol while using Folim-Plus Softgel Capsule 10's to ensure maximum absorption of nutrients.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Use Folim-Plus Softgel Capsule 10's with medical advice if you have malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrition from food), hypervitaminosis D, Vitamin D toxicity, heart/kidney/liver/blood vessel diseases, and allergic reactions to medicines.

• Try folate-rich food sources like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, leafy green vegetables, cabbage, kale, spring greens, spinach, peas, chickpeas, kidney beans, liver (avoid this during pregnancy), and breakfast cereals fortified with folic acid.
• Include the best dietary sources of vitamin D, such as fish liver oils and vitamin D–fortified milk.
• Include dairy products like milk, yoghurt, cheese, or milk-based custard in your diet.
• Sprinkle sesame and sunflower seeds over your food, vegetables, and salads. 
• Include fruits like citrus, banana, and watermelon in your diet.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
• Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid excess fatty foods. 

• Clinical monitoring of vitamin D, B12 and B6 levels through blood examinations is recommended. 
• Let your doctor and the laboratory staff know if you are using Folim-Plus Softgel Capsule 10's since Pyridoxine may interfere with laboratory tests like urine tests for urobilinogen. 
• Cholecalciferol/Vitamin D3 may interfere with cholesterol tests causing false test results.
