Fosabond 70mg/5600IU Tablet belongs to the group of bisphosphonates used in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in post-menopausal women. Fosabond 70mg/5600IU Tablet lowers the risk of hip and spine fractures in postmenopausal women. Osteoporosis is a condition in which bones become weak and brittle.
Fosabond 70mg/5600IU Tablet contains Alendronic acid and Cholecalciferol. Fosabond 70mg/5600IU Tablet is used to strengthen bones and promote bone integrity by regulating bone turnover and preventing bone cell destruction.
Take Fosabond 70mg/5600IU Tablet as prescribed. In some cases, Fosabond 70mg/5600IU Tablet may cause side effects such as muscle or joint pain, nausea, indigestion, gas and headache.
