It is used to treat various fungal or yeast infections, such as vulvovaginal candidiasis. Vulvovaginal candidiasis is a fungal infection of the vagina and tissues at the opening of the vagina vulva. Symptoms may include irritation, discharge and intense itchiness of the vagina and the vulva tissues at the vaginal opening.

Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's contains Fenticonazole is an antifungal that works by causing holes in the fungal cell membranes, thereby killing the fungi. Thus, Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's can inhibit fungal growth and reduce infection. It is active against a range of organisms, including dermatophyte pathogens, Malassezia furfur and Candida albicans.

Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's should be used as advised by your doctor. It should be taken at the dose recommended by your doctor. Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's may cause common side effects like application site reactions such as burning, irritation, itching, and redness. The side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, if these side effects persist, please consult your doctor immediately.

• It can damage contraceptive methods like condoms and diaphragms and make them ineffective at preventing pregnancy. Consult your doctor about other suitable methods of preventing pregnancy.
• Fenticonazole (capsules) inserted into the vagina only using an applicator; do not swallow it.
