Goodova 50 Capsule is a combination medicine indicated in the treatment of female infertility. It may help women who cannot get pregnant because they are not ovulating. Infertility is the inability to become pregnant and have a successful pregnancy.
 
Goodova 50 Capsule contains Clomiphene and Melatonin. Clomiphene stimulates the hormones which support ovulation. Melatonin protects the cells from free radicals that cause infertility. Thereby, Goodova 50 Capsule helps treat female infertility.
 
In some cases, Goodova 50 Capsule may cause side effects such as nausea, headache, vomiting, and hot flashes. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
 
Goodova 50 Capsule must not be used in pregnancy. In case of pregnancy, stop using this medicine. Tell your doctor straight away if you suspect being pregnant. Goodova 50 Capsule may cause blurred vision, drive or operate machinery only if you are alert. Do not take Goodova 50 Capsule if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform your doctor if you have ovarian cysts, enlarged ovaries, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), abnormal vaginal bleeding, uterine fibroids, endometriosis (tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus), thyroid or adrenal gland problems, pituitary tumour, high levels of fats, liver or kidney problems. Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medicines, including vitamin/mineral supplements or herbal products.
