Granufil-AB Sterile Collagen Particles 5 ml is composed of two antibiotics: Mupirocin and Metronidazole. Mupirocin is an antibacterial drug. It prevents the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out its vital functions, thus preventing bacterial growth. Metronidazole belongs to the class of drugs called nitroimidazole antimicrobials. It exerts bactericidal (kills bacteria) action and inhibits bacterial DNA synthesis and cell growth.

Cover the affected areas with a dressing or bandage only if the doctor advised you to do so. Granufil-AB Sterile Collagen Particles 5 ml is not recommended for use in diaper rash, which is often caused due to fungus. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should use Granufil-AB Sterile Collagen Particles 5 ml only with proper doctor consultation and caution. • Use mild soap while taking baths and prefer warm baths.
• Always wear loose-fitting clothes to avoid further sweat and spread of the skin infection.
• Regularly change your socks and wash your feet. Avoid shoes that make your feet sweaty and hot.
• Do not walk barefoot at places like gym showers to prevent infections.

• Avoid or limit the intake of alcohol and caffeine.
