The common side-effects of Gufitrig-5000IU HP Combipack Injection are pain at the injection site, headache, irritability, restlessness, fatigue, oedema (swelling), early puberty and gynecomastia (swelling of breast tissue in men). Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, consult your doctor if any of the side effects persist or worsen.

Do not take Gufitrig-5000IU HP Combipack Injection if you are allergic to chorionic gonadotrophin or any other ingredients present in it. Avoid taking Gufitrig-5000IU HP Combipack Injection if you are allergic to any of the contents. Inform your doctor if you have early puberty, hormone-related cancer, thyroid or adrenal gland disorder, abnormal vaginal bleeding, ovarian cyst, epilepsy, migraine, asthma, kidney/liver problems, cancer or a tumour of the ovary, breast, uterus, pituitary, prostate, or hypothalamus. Gufitrig-5000IU HP Combipack Injection may cause multiple pregnancies (pregnant with more than one child simultaneously). So, discuss with your doctor the possible risks of this medicine. Inform your doctor if you have a blood disorder as it can increase the risk of blood clots. Early puberty may be seen in children. In such cases, discontinue therapy immediately and consult a doctor. Do not take Gufitrig-5000IU HP Combipack Injection if you are pregnant. Consult your doctor before taking Gufitrig-5000IU HP Combipack Injection if you are breastfeeding.

• Consume a healthy diet that is rich in fibre, proteins and low in carbohydrates, fats.
• Avoid processed or high-sugar foods.
• Stay active and shed excess weight if you are overweight or obese. Do not perform intense exercises as they may negatively impact your reproductive health. Increase the intensity of exercise gradually.
• Being underweight may also affect fertility. So, prepare a diet chart that can help you to gain weight healthily.
• Avoid stress as it may affect your fertility. Try relaxation techniques and receive support and counselling if necessary.
• Limit alcohol and caffeine intake.
• Quit smoking.
