Hemfer Capsule 30's is a combination of four supplements, namely: Iron, Zinc, Folic acid and Cyanocobalamin. Folic acid is necessary for various bodily functions, such as nucleotide biosynthesis and remethylation of homocysteine. Cyanocobalamin helps in the proper functioning of the brain, nerves, and the production of red blood cells. Together, Hemfer Capsule 30's helps in treating nutritional deficiencies.

Take Hemfer Capsule 30's as recommended. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as stomach upset, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Do not take Hemfer Capsule 30's if you're allergic to any ingredient in it. Hemfer Capsule 30's can be taken by pregnant and breastfeeding women if advised by the doctor.
