• Wash your hands regularly. Avoid rubbing your eyes with dirty hands.

• Avoid looking at digital screens for extended periods. Every 20 minutes, take a break to rest your eyes.
• Blink frequently because it aids in transmitting hydrating substances such as mucus and tears over the eyes.
