• Wash your hands regularly. Avoid rubbing your eyes with dirty hands.
• Avoid sharing eye cosmetics such as eyeliner/mascara.
• Wipe your eyes and face with clean towels or tissues at all times.
• If you wear contact lenses, clean and replace them more frequently. Contact lenses should never be shared. Remember to always wash your hands before placing the contact lens.
• Avoid looking at digital screens for extended periods. Every 20 minutes, take a break to rest your eyes.
• Blink frequently because it aids in transmitting hydrating substances such as mucus and tears over the eyes.

•  Avoid touching the tube/dropper tip as it may contaminate the contents.
• Use within a month of opening the gel/tube.
