About Ketolac 1Ml Inj
Ketolac 1Ml Inj belongs to a group of medicines called Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID) indicated for the short-term management of moderate to severe acute pain, including post-operative pain following orthopedic, abdominal, or gynaecological procedures.
Ketolac 1Ml Inj contains ‘ketorolac tromethamine’, which works by inhibiting the synthesis of certain chemical messengers which are responsible for causing pain and inflammation. Thus, Ketolac 1Ml Inj helps provide relief from pain.
In some cases, you may experience common side effects, such as injection site reactions, diarrhoea, dizziness, fatigue, and headache. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
Ketolac 1Ml Inj is not recommended for use during the third trimester of pregnancy, breastfeeding, and in children below 18 years. Avoid consuming alcohol as it may increase the risk of gastrointestinal side effects. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and medicines to rule out any side effects/interactions.
