About Lashisma Solution 3 ml

Lashisma Solution 3 ml contains an ophthalmic medication called bimatoprost is used to treat raised /increased pressure in the eye in patients suffering from open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. Glaucoma is an eye disease in which the optic nerve is damaged. This damaged nerve leads to an increase in eye pressure abnormally. Lashisma Solution 3 ml is used alone or in combination with other drugs for treating increased eye pressure. 

Lashisma Solution 3 ml contains Bimatoprost, which is a prostaglandin analogue. It is primarily used in treating high pressure in the eye. It works by increasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye) and reducing eye pressure.

Lashisma Solution 3 ml is for ophthalmic use only. Before using it, wash your hands thoroughly to avoid any infection. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before using Lashisma Solution 3 ml, and you can put them back 15 minutes after using Lashisma Solution 3 ml. This medicine may cause certain side effects, such as eye itching and conjunctival hyperemia (inflammation in the eye) in some cases. Most of these side effects of Lashisma Solution 3 ml are temporary, do not require medical attention, and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist, contact your doctor.

Directions for Use

Lashisma Solution 3 ml is for ophthalmic use only. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after using Lashisma Solution 3 ml. Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Instil the number of drops as advised by the doctor into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes. Replace the outer cap after use. Do not touch the container’s tip to the eye, eyelids or surrounding areas as it may contaminate Lashisma Solution 3 ml.
