Coadministration of Vitamin E with Tipranavir can increase the risk of bleeding.

How to manage the interaction:
Although taking Tocopherol (vitamin E) and Tipranavir together can cause an interaction, it can be taken if your doctor has suggested it. However, consult a doctor immediately if you experience symptoms such as unusual bleeding or bruising, dizziness, lightheadedness, red or black, tarry stools, coughing up or vomiting fresh or dried blood that looks like coffee grounds, severe headache, and weakness. Do not stop using any medications without talking to a doctor.
How does the drug interact with LD Gard-LC Tablet:
Coadministration of LD Gard-LC Tablet with Neomycin can impair the absorption of LD Gard-LC Tablet and increase its levels which can increase the risk or severity of side effects.

Taking LD Gard-LC Tablet with Neomycin together is not recommended as it can possibly result in an interaction, it can be taken if your doctor has advised it.
