Lorsaid P Tablet 10's belongs to a group of medicines known as 'non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs' (NSAID). It is composed of lornoxicam and paracetamol primarily used to reduce pain and inflammation. Lorsaid P Tablet 10's is composed of two medicines: Lornoxicam (pain reducer) and Paracetamol (fever reducer/mild analgesic). Lorsaid P Tablet 10's helps relieve pain from conditions like headache, mild migraine, muscle pain, dental pain, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, and painful menses (periods). Lornoxicam works by inhibiting chemical messengers like prostaglandins (responsible for producing pain and inflammation). Paracetamol has both analgesic and antipyretic (fever reducer) properties which decrease mild pain and possibly fever.

Take Lorsaid P Tablet 10's as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Lorsaid P Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical conditions. You may experience nausea, indigestion, vomiting, diarrhoea, and stomach pain. Most of these side effects of Lorsaid P Tablet 10's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time.
