Lyoflora 250 mg Capsule 10's belongs to the group of medicines called probiotics used to treat and prevent diarrhoea, including rotaviral diarrhoea in children. Lyoflora 250 mg Capsule 10's may also be used for acne, antibiotic-associated diarrhoea, Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhoea, Helicobacter pylori infection, traveller’s diarrhoea, diarrhoea in people with HIV/AIDS, and necrotising enterocolitis (a serious intestinal disease in premature infants).
 
Lyoflora 250 mg Capsule 10's contains ‘Saccharomyces boulardii’, a friendly micro-organism that helps fight disease-causing organisms in the gut, such as yeast and bacteria. Thereby, Lyoflora 250 mg Capsule 10's helps in treating diarrhoea. Lyoflora 250 mg Capsule 10's helps restore the balance of intestinal bacterial flora and strengthens immunity and overall gut health.
