About Magneon Ampule 2 ml

Magneon Ampule 2 ml is a mineral supplement, and an anticonvulsant primarily used to prevent and control seizures (fits) in preeclampsia and eclampsia (serious complications in pregnancy that occur due to high blood pressure). Magneon Ampule 2 ml is also used to treat hypomagnesaemia, a condition characterized by abnormally low magnesium levels in the blood.

Magneon Ampule 2 ml contains Magnesium sulfate. It is a mineral supplement and an electrolyte. It prevents and controls seizures by blocking neuromuscular transmission, the transfer of nerve impulses to the heart. It further has a depressant effect on the central nervous system and acts peripherally to cause vasodilation.

Magneon Ampule 2 ml will be administered by a healthcare professional. It causes some side effects, although not everybody gets them. Side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, low blood pressure, flushing, and sweating. Most of these effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, if any of these side effects persist or worsen, please seek medical advice.

Inform your doctor if you are a pregnant and breastfeeding woman before taking Magneon Ampule 2 ml.
