Metrolyn Gel 20 gm belongs to a group of medicines known as nitroimidazole antimicrobials used to treat rosacea. Metrolyn Gel 20 gm contains Metronidazole which works by stopping the growth of bacteria. It alleviates rosacea lesions due to its anti-inflammatory or immunosuppressive activities.
