About Minym 4% Gel 15 gm

Minym 4% Gel 15 gm belongs to the class of 'tetracycline antibiotics', used to treat severe acne vulgaris (pimples) and rosacea (redness and visible blood vessels on the face). It effectively treats inflammatory lesions of non-nodular moderate to severe acne vulgaris.

Minym 4% Gel 15 gm contains 'Minocycline' that works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis and stops bacterial growth. It shows a bacteriostatic effect, which prevents the multiplication of bacteria.

Minym 4% Gel 15 gm is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, eyelids, lips, mouth and nose. If the medicine comes in contact with any of these areas, rinse with water immediately. Common side effects include dryness, peeling, burning/stinging sensation, irritation, itching, and redness at the application site. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. If these side effects persist longer, please consult your doctor.

Directions for Use

Minym 4% Gel 15 gm is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Gel: Take the required amount of gel with clean and dry hands on the skin's affected areas. Gently massage it into the skin with your fingers. Wash your hands before and after application. Foam: Apply a generous amount of foam to the affected areas and massage with your hands. Rinse off with clean water.
