About Moxel 4000 Injection 1's

Moxel 4000 Injection 1's belongs to a group of combination medications called 'penicillin antibiotics' that works against various types of bacteria. Moxel 4000 Injection 1's is generally prescribed for the prevention of various bacterial infections of the lungs, skin, kidneys, and bones. Bacterial infection occurs when bacteria enter the body and multiply and cause a reaction in the body.

Moxel 4000 Injection 1's contains two medicines, namely Amoxicillin and Cloxacillin. Amoxicillin acts by destroying the outer protein layer thereby killing the bacteria (bactericidal). Cloxacillin blocks the third and last stage of synthesis of the outer layer (cell wall) of bacteria. Together Moxel 4000 Injection 1's kills the bacteria and prevents the growth of bacterial infection.

Moxel 4000 Injection 1's will be administered by a qualified healthcare professional. Moxel 4000 Injection 1's may cause certain side effects such as injection site reactions, rash, vomiting, allergic reaction, stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects are mild and subside over time. However, if these persist contact your doctor immediately.
