Myazi 250 Tablet is an antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections. A bacterial infection occurs when it enters the body. Myazi 250 Tablet is used to treat various respiratory system infections (like pneumonia, bronchitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, and sinusitis), skin infections (like acne and rosacea), ear infections, and sexually transmitted infections caused by bacteria. Myazi 250 Tablet is only effective in treating infections caused by bacteria and not effective for viral infections like flu or a common cold.

Myazi 250 Tablet is a combination medicine containing Azithromycin (antibiotic) and Lactic acid bacillus (probiotic). Azithromycin works by inhibiting the production of proteins required by the bacteria for its survival. This slows bacterial growth resulting in the death of the bacteria. Lactobacillus sporogenes is a probiotic that helps restore the balance of good bacteria in the gut.

Myazi 250 Tablet may cause certain common side effects such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, and indigestion. It should not be used if you are allergic to it. Please consult your doctor if an allergic reaction occurs. This medicine can be taken with or without food. It should be used only upon the doctor’s advice. It is advised to complete the treatment course as it can cause drug resistance. Always remember not to take more than the prescribed dose of medicine.

Myazi 250 Tablet should be avoided if you are allergic to it or any other components present in it. Myazi 250 Tablet should be used with caution if you have liver problems, muscle problems (myasthenia gravis), heart rhythm disorder (arrhythmia), or electrolyte imbalance (low potassium or magnesium level). Inform your doctor if you have/had diarrhoea for more than four days. However, do not take any anti-diarrheal medicine until your doctor prescribes it. It is unknown whether Myazi 250 Tablet can be given to pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers. Hence, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• Include more fiber-enriched food in your diet, as it can be easily digested by gut bacteria, which helps stimulate growth.
• Fiber foods may help restore healthy gut bacteria after a course of antibiotics.
• Avoid giving too much calcium, or iron-enriched foods, as it might affect the working of Myazi 250 Tablet. 
• Start drinking more fluids to avoid dehydration.
• Quit smoking and alcohol consumption, as it can worsen your condition.

Bacterial infection: A bacterial infection occurs when harmful bacteria enter, grow, and infect the body. It can infect any part of the body and multiply very quickly. These infections vary from minor illnesses to severe brain infections like meningitis and encephalitis. When your child gets infected with these germs, they can experience generalized symptoms like fevers, chills, and fatigue. Children with weak immune systems are more prone to infections.  

Infectious diarrhoea: Infectious diarrhoea is also known as gastroenteritis. It is the inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract (stomach and intestine). Infectious diarrhoea mainly occurs due to contaminated food and water. It is an intestinal infection with symptoms like diarrhoea, cramps, vomiting, nausea, and fever.
