Take Myo-MR OD 450mg Tablet as prescribed. You are advised to take Myo-MR OD 450mg Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical condition. You may experience certain common side effects such as dizziness, sleepiness, diarrhea, sweating, abdominal pain, and weakness. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Feeling these symptoms taking this Myo-MR OD 450mg Tablet should be stopped immediately and the doctor or the nearest emergency department contacted immediately. If you are pregnant, think they may be pregnant, or are planning to have a baby should talk to your doctor for advice before taking this Myo-MR OD 450mg Tablet. If you are a breastfeeding mother immediately contact your doctor.

• Take it with a glass of milk or after food.
• Myo-MR OD 450mg Tablet may cause sleepiness or dizziness. Do not drive or do anything needing concentration until you know how it affects you.
• Avoid drinking alcohol when taking Myo-MR OD 450mg Tablet as it may cause too much drowsiness.
• Do not stop taking Myo-MR OD 450mg Tablet suddenly without informing your doctor if you have been on it for a long time.

• Regular monitoring of kidney function and liver function is advised during treatment with Myo-MR OD 450mg Tablet.
