About Nayasol 0.3%W/V Eye Drops 5ml

Nayasol 0.3%W/V Eye Drops 5ml belongs to the class of medicines called 'ophthalmic lubricants' generally used to treat dry eye disease and in eye surgeries. Dry eye disease is a common condition that occurs if you don't produce enough tears or if you produce poor-quality tears. This tear instability leads to inflammation and damage to the eye's surface.

Nayasol 0.3%W/V Eye Drops 5ml contains 'Hypromellose'. Nayasol 0.3%W/V Eye Drops 5ml works by increasing tear viscosity in the eye. In this way, it provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort.

Eye drops/eye gel is available for external use only. Some minor side effects are blurred vision, eye pain, foreign body sensation in the eyes, eye irritation, and eye redness. If it persists, take the advice of your doctor.

Before using this Nayasol 0.3%W/V Eye Drops 5ml, tell your doctor if you are allergic to any one of the medicine components. Do not touch the tip of the eye drops/eye gel container to avoid contamination, and replace the cap tightly after each use. Do not use a solution, which is colour changed, and cloudy in appearance. Use before the expiration date. Do not change or stop the dose of medicine without informing your doctor. Uses of Nayasol 0.3%W/V Eye Drops 5ml

Dry eye and in eye surgeries.

Directions for Use

Eye drops: Wash your hands thoroughly with water before and after use. Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Instil the number of drops advised by the doctor into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes. Do not touch the tip of the dropper as it may contaminate the contents. Do not place the tip directly into the eye while instilling the drop. If the dropper touches the eye, immediately squeeze two to three drops onto the tissue and wipe the dropper’s tip with saltwater. Discard any unused medicine after completing the course of therapy or within 4 weeks after opening the bottle.Eye gel: Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Squeeze a tiny amount of the gel into the pocket of the lower eyelid.
