Niconice 10 Tablet 20's contains Nicorandil, a potassium-channel activator that opens potassium channels present on the muscle cells within the walls of blood vessels and relaxes these muscle cells and widens blood vessels. Thereby, Niconice 10 Tablet 20's reduces the heart's workload by making it easier for the heart to pump blood around the body and does not require much oxygen. Also, Niconice 10 Tablet 20's helps to prevent angina by increasing oxygen and blood supply to the heart muscle by widening coronary arteries within the heart.

Take Niconice 10 Tablet 20's as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Niconice 10 Tablet 20's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. Some people may experience headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, weakness, flushing (reddening of the skin) or very fast, forceful or uneven heartbeat. Most of these side effects of Niconice 10 Tablet 20's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist, please consult your doctor.

If you notice in blood in stools while taking Niconice 10 Tablet 20's, inform your doctor immediately as it may be due to ulcers in the stomach, intestines or back passage.

• Limit salt and sugar intake.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.

• Get active by doing any physical activity such as swimming, brisk walking or jogging. Take the stairs instead of elevators/lifts.

• Regular exercise is recommended along with Niconice 10 Tablet 20's for effective results.
