About Nucarnit-F Tablet

Nucarnit-F Tablet belongs to a class of medications called nutritional supplements used to treat nutritional deficiencies. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb or get enough nutrients from food. Vitamins and minerals are necessary for body development and the prevention of diseases.

Nucarnit-F Tablet is a combination of two drugs: Folic acid (a form of vitamin B9) and Levocarnitine (amino acid). Folic acid works by increasing red blood cell (RBC) production in the body which carries oxygen around the body. As a result, an adequate number of RBCs are produced in the body so that body's each tissue gets a sufficient supply of oxygen. Levocarnitine is an amino acid that works by allowing the body to utilize fats to produce energy. Carnitine is essential for energy production in the body as it enables cells to break down fats to produce energy. Thereby, it helps in treating carnitine deficiency.

Take Nucarnit-F Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Nucarnit-F Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, loss of appetite, bloating, or flatulence (gas). Most of these side effects of Nucarnit-F Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If you are allergic to Nucarnit-F Tablet or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Avoid taking Nucarnit-F Tablet if you have cancer. Nucarnit-F Tablet should be used with caution in children and only if prescribed by a doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a doctor before using Nucarnit-F Tablet . You are recommended to maintain a time gap of a minimum of 2 hours between taking Nucarnit-F Tablet and indigestion remedies such as antacids containing magnesium or aluminum and edible clay. Inform your doctor if you are allergic to any sugars as Nucarnit-F Tablet contains lactose.

Medicinal Benefits

Nucarnit-F Tablet is a combination of two drugs, namely: Folic acid and Levocarnitine, used to treat nutritional deficiencies.
